Terms of Service

FusionNest Solutions provides business consulting, technology, AI and automation, government and nonprofit solutions, and tax and administrative services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are confirmed in a written quote or proposal before work begins.

Prices shown on the site are starting ranges; your final quote depends on scope. For fixed packages, a 50% deposit is collected to begin work, with the balance due on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom and larger engagements are invoiced according to the terms in your proposal.

Deposits cover work already scheduled and begun and are generally non-refundable once a project has started. If you have a concern about a charge, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.

To deliver on time, we rely on you to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content or access we need for your project.

Upon full payment, final deliverables created for you are yours to own and use. FusionNest may retain the right to display completed work as part of our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

We treat the information you share about your business as confidential and use it only to deliver your services.

Our services are provided on a professional, good-faith basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FusionNest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
